  We stayed at the Family Sunrise Lodge II, Mike and Jeannette were accessible and accommodating during our entire stay. Our stay at the Sunrise was terrific! The hospitality was awesome! The Lodge was very clean and had more than enough ameneties! The local market was only 12 mins away and offered great deals at reasonable prices! We will definitely visit Sunrise in the near future! We highly recommend this resort for others to share especially if your looking for a great family adventure and fun! Our grand kids loved the canoe and kayak's that Mike & Jeanette had readily available for free!

  Wendell and I grew up east and west of the Collinsville, Texas town and school. We were friends. At about 12 or 13 years of age my family had finished hoeing our row crops ( cotton and corn) and my mother let me walk 9 miles over to spend the night with Wendell. Neither of us had telephones. We lost contact after high school. In the 1990's I located Wendell in Alba and we visited and reminisced. Wendell's wife, Sharon, is a very wonderful person. She took great care of Wendell. Wendell told me he had a great family! He loved them very much! Doug Boren

  We stay here every time we come to Lake Fork. We come be cause we like it. It is nice and Homey and the Owner is a great guy!! We are not looking for the Hilton suites, just a nice clean reasonable place to stay. We fell blessed we found Ayers Resort to call our home away from home.

  I have been searching for the best spot on Lake Fork for a while now, the search is now over!!! It is not the cheapest place to stay on this lake, but it succeeded to be a 1st class accommodation. This was the best experience I have ever had on any East Texas lake. Thank you Mike, for the warm hospitality you brought to our stay.
